Little Things: Pan Scrapers

Workout: 30 min Jackie Warner Circuit weights + 20 min interval run

Can I say that I am lovin' the 20 min interval runs. They go by so fast and I feel as challenged as I want to on any given day. They typically look like this:

The beauty of it is, that you can switch up intervals as much as you want and even throw in some jump roping, lunges, power squats, etc..

I used to get really bored thinking I had to run for a full 50 minutes to get my cardio in, but intervals have come to the rescue. Are you an interval person? If so, what are some of your favorite routines?

On to today's "little thing": my AWESOME pan scrapers!!!
I don't know how I lived without them before? Seriously, these things are so handy and they get into every nook and cranny you can think of!

A couple of months back I read this article regarding some potential issues with non-stick cooking. I made the switch to all cast-iron/stainless-steel/ceramic cooking and haven't looked back. I even gave away all my non-stick pots and pans. I couldn't do cast-iron cooking without these little handy scrapers!

What's funny is, for years - I tried to get my parents to buy into the whole "non-stick" idea. The transformation into turning into my parents has officially begun, people!
