Work It: Dingoes!

Workout: 45 min Vinyasa Non-Stop Flow for Core and Legs



The dingoes made me do it!

No, The Dingoes Ate the Baby - I let myself have sugar in the AM. Sugar in the form of this:


I had the original glazed, but gobbled it so fast so I didn't even get a picture of it.

Sidenote: I always think of Elaine (Seinfeld) when I say "The Dingoes Ate My Baby." According to the wiki (who knew that saying had a wiki?), I totally missed the boat and didn't realize it was the name of Oz' band on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I guess it is a small world after all.

As far as today's workout,  I had high hopes for this vinyasa flow because I like the instructor. It was good, but I felt like his Core-Strengthening Practice or the 45-Minute Non-Stop Vinyasa Flow was much better. Don't get me wrong, it was tough'ish but not like the others. I guess I'm just a glutton for yoga pain!
