The Salad Case: Time Warp!

Workout: 30 min weights + 20 min intervals

What, it's Monday again? I think I'm on some weird warp-speed setting cause time just flies by every.single.weekend. Where do they go? Seriously, I can't even remember what we did on Saturday. Don't you hate it when that happens?

Oh yea, I think Saturday was a big cup of the usual: dog walks, play time, nap time, play time, dinner, mall/play time, Harry Potter. In that order - so blessed!

Where is the rest, you may ask? Rest is for the weary! Or in our case, for these guys:

Sunday was more of the same + breakfast with my parents, Church (I think we may have found a winning Mass time), football watchin' and slow cookin'! I have a couple of oh so yummy recipes planned ahead and you’ll get a sneak peek today - yummy :)

Then, after all that – was my alarm this AM. Today's workout was just what the Dr. ordered and, I have to say (or blog) I get such sense of accomplishment when I file a workout as DONE! Do you?

Work was then work, but lunch was LUNCH. A tasty salad case, indeed!

  • Roasted shredded brussel sprouts, carrots and broccoli
  • a dollop of leftover butternut squash mac-n-cheese (the sneak peek)
