Edamame Madness

I finally had the edamame I've been craving for, it's been months!!!

I love edamame, but Sam's stopped selling the package with individual frozen snacks. I also can't seem to find them at Walmart. The only place that sells these snack size goodies is Cosco and I refuse to get another wholesale membership, plus, Cosco is clear across town.

Luckily, I have friends that take pity and buy them for me :) Many thanks Monica!!!

I was able to endulge in a healthy, protein-packed snack with only 150 calories. I also had the rest of the steel cut oats. Yummy :)
