Breakfast
I was so looking forward to having this cocolicious cantaloupe shake this morning, but I didn't get to enjoy it until after our 40 minute walk. Richard usually works today, like me, but he has errands to run so he took the day off.
We took our doggies on our walk, so I was in a rush to get to work on time. I made it though. The hair dryer at home is a lot faster than the one at the gym!
We're probably going to have an early lunch today after our doctor's appointment. So I just had a quick piece of toast with some of the Dark Chocolate Goodness and a banana. I got a little over-zealous here, and forgot to take the picture before I had a bite! Very yummy :) I also had my regular Iced coffee, but forgot to take a picture of that.
