A run, some may say jog I went this morning. It was grrrreat!
Brielle woke me up about 4:35, 10 minutes before my alarm went off so I turned it off. Mistake, I ended up taking a little nap and didn’t make it on the gym until 5:30. I made it, though – that’s all that counts :)
I think I ran 2.5 miles in 23 or so minutes, but it was kind of a haze so maybe I was little off.
Sleepiness will do that to you I guess! I should have gone to sleep at 10 when I had a chance. Instead I stayed up an extra hour and a half, boo me. Tonight, sleep it is so that I can rest up for my weight session tomorrow.
I’m feeling good, the diet part is going well but tomorrow is the true test!
